Summit Coffee was founded in 1998 and has multiple locations in the Western North Carolina area. They offer remarkable, sustainably sourced coffee sourced from farmers and cooperatives all over the world which is then roasted in small batches at their certified organic facility in NC. While the Grove Arcade is closed to the public, some of the restaurants on “Restaurant Row” are open and serving what they have at various times of the day.
