Nani’s Piri Piri Chicken, started by Chef Meherwan of the Chai Pani family, is an ode to the comfort of good chicken and tasty sides. At the heart of the concept are rotisserie chickens from the third-generation Joyce Farms in Winston-Salem. After they’re brined, the birds get rubbed with Spicewalla herbs de provence for a classic feel, or a Spicewalla peri-peri blend for a spicier result.
