Our mission is to bring in visitors to the Grove Arcade to spend time and money at your shops, as well as engage customers to share those experiences online to help us continue to grow the Grove Arcade brand as well as the merchant brands. With that in mind, we work to collaborate with each Merchant to support your efforts, amplify your voice, and expand our brands’ reach. This packet was designed to on-board and prepare you and/or your marketing team to best collaborate and utilize the resources we are supplying for you. It should be articulated clearly that we work together with merchants as collaborators or partners for a shared goal, and that Grove Arcade is our client. However, we are here to be a resource to create better success in marketing merchant businesses. This includes working with local publications to make announcements on behalf of Grove Arcade, such as new merchants in the building. This also includes regularly maintaining relationships with local members of press to encourage mentions of Grove Arcade in their media.

This is healthy for merchant’s website SEO, and is also an opportunity to feature quick conversions on a fully-customizable landing page for driving web traffic and potential customers. We encourage you to use your landing page for digital advertising campaigns. We run campaigns promoting your individual businesses on Facebook, Instagram, or Google, and drive traffic to your landing pages, so it is important you take the opportunity to update your page with new information regularly, such as hours of operation, seasonal promotions, new products or services, new photography, etc.
